About The Position
Prep Cook on Chili’s Heart of House team, responsible for preparing food and completing prep work to stock and set up stations. The role supports dependable, fast service and follows recipe procedures as well as company safety and sanitation policies. No experience is necessary. The position offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
- No experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Prepare a variety of foods using different preparation methods.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
