About The Position

Chili’s bartenders serve food and drinks while creating a lively atmosphere and delivering hospitable service. They provide an enjoyable bar experience, assist Guests and Team Members, stay knowledgeable about menu offerings, serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, and keep the bar and work areas clean. The position is available with a flexible part-time or full-time schedule and offers growth opportunities in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Be able to reach and bend frequently and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Be a team player.

• Previous bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest.
• Remain visible behind the bar to assist Guests and Team Members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages.
