Providing excellent service to customers attending events or visiting concession stands. Ensuring a positive customer experience while managing transactions, preparing, and serving food and beverage. The role involves following and executing approved recipes, strictly adhering to SAVOR guidelines and production standards, measuring ingredients, washing, cutting, and preparing fruits, vegetables, and salads. It also includes preparing, baking, and decorating dessert food products, preparing beef, poultry, and seafood proteins with proper storage and handling of raw foods, and stirring and monitoring stocks, sauces, and dressings. Ensuring proper food product temperatures is also a key responsibility.
