About The Position

Providing excellent service to customers attending events or visiting concession stands. Ensuring a positive customer experience while managing transactions, preparing, and serving food and beverage. The role involves following and executing approved recipes, strictly adhering to SAVOR guidelines and production standards. This includes measuring ingredients, preparing fruits, vegetables, and salads, baking and decorating desserts, preparing proteins, and monitoring stocks, sauces, and dressings. Ensuring proper food temperatures and handling of raw foods are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 6 months of food service experience in a commercial or restaurant kitchen environment.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Proficiency in mathematics to assess dry and liquid weights and measurements.
  • Ability to focus, with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a confined environment with hot and cold temperatures for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to maintain proper grooming and dress code standards for the kitchen.
  • Knowledge of foodservice health and safety standards.

  • Culinary school training preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Properly test food product temperatures.
