About The Position
Prep Cooks, known at Chili's as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare foods using various methods, complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations, follow recipe procedures and safety and sanitation policies, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Prepare a variety of foods using different methods of preparation.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
