About The Position

Ten Five Hospitality is excited to announce the launch of a new restaurant and lounge concept in Georgetown. We are seeking dynamic, experienced professionals to join our team as we create an elevated dining experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fine dining service & a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. Prep Cooks are the foundation of our kitchen, setting the team up for a successful service each day by preparing and stocking the ingredients needed to support a smooth, efficient operation. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow while contributing to a culture of quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

  • Experience preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • All aspects of food preparation and presentation.
  • Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
  • Assists in control of inventory and supplies.
  • Monitor and check daily food logs.
  • Handle and store food products correctly (FIFO).
  • Complete tasks assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate all kitchen related needs to Chef or Manager.
  • Assist other stations when necessary.
  • Complete all cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • All other duties as assigned.
