About The Position

Prep Cook – Old Scratch Pizza Production Kitchen Make Great Food. Work a Steady Daytime Schedule. At Old Scratch Pizza, our Prep Cooks are responsible for producing the fresh, made-from-scratch ingredients that support our restaurants every day. From pizza dough and sauces to dressings and sausage, our production kitchen is where much of the work behind our food begins. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking professionally but is looking for a more consistent schedule without the late nights of a traditional restaurant kitchen. You’ll work with fresh, high-quality ingredients, follow established recipes and production standards, and be part of a team focused on quality, consistency, and food safety. Old Scratch Pizza continues to grow across the Dayton and Columbus regions, creating opportunities for team members who want to grow with us.
