About The Position
Our Prep Cooks are responsible for following our recipes to prepare and portion menu items. Around here we say our purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends. We call it The Maggiano's Way. Norman Brinker pioneered the idea of casual dining. Maggiano's Little Italy opened its doors on the corner of Clark and Grand in Chicago.
