About The Position
Prep Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes and procedures, complete assigned prep work, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires working effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and using food-preparation equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
