Cutwater Spirits is looking for a Prep Cook to join their team in San Diego, CA. The company is an explorer in the spirits industry, meticulously distilling award-winning whiskeys, vodka, gin, rums, tequilas, and liqueurs, and incorporating them into their canned lineup. The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of food at the Chef’s discretion, with a limited scope compared to the overall kitchen operation. This role primarily focuses on prepping items to be cooked, operating specific kitchen equipment like Flat Top, Grill, Saute, Salads, and Pantry. The Prep Cook prepares food items according to recipes, maintains a clean and sanitary work area, and is essential for the kitchen to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position reports directly to the Chef de Cuisine.
