About The Position
The Bison Restaurant + Terrace is seeking a Prep Cook to join their team. The Bison is recognized as a top fine dining establishment in Canada, specializing in regional, seasonal, Canadian cuisine with a focus on forno creations, plant-based dishes, and Alberta bison. The restaurant features an open concept copper kitchen, a mountain view dining room, and a rooftop terrace. They offer a unique dining experience with a focus on local ingredients and a carefully selected beverage list.
Requirements
- Excellent work ethic and communication skills
- Previous culinary experience
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule required
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Preparing ingredients ensuring standards are being met
- Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Setting up stations
- Assist with training new team members as required
