About The Position

Our Prep Cook Lead should be someone who: Has engaging communication skills, a genuine passion and knowledge of our menu offerings, a willingness to assist and collaborate within a team, and a great focus on guest service. You will prepare recipes according to standard procedures, stock and prepare stations for service, maintain cleanliness and organization of the station, ensure high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation, and follow food and personal safety regulations. Able to stand on feet for 8+ hours a day
