About The Position
Border Cafe is looking for a dependable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team and help ensure the restaurant is properly prepared for service. Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience preferred.
- Strong knife skills are required.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently is essential.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and prep lists.
- Complete daily prep efficiently and accurately.
- Properly label, date, store, and rotate food.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary work area while following all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist the kitchen team during service as needed.
