The Cook/Dishwasher will accurately and efficiently fulfill prep lists, tasks, and food preparation for various meal periods to include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events. This role involves washing pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, as well as cleaning and maintaining floors. The position also includes assisting with general cleaning and sanitation, and maintaining storage areas and equipment. Daily responsibilities may shift between Cook and Dishwashing, depending on business needs.
