About The Position

Chicken Salad Chick is a rapidly growing regional chain in the Quick Casual Restaurant segment, specializing in over twelve flavors of chicken salad, as well as soups, sides, and desserts. Requirements

  • Must adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming.
  • Must complete duties on opening and closing prep and checklists.
  • Must refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties.
  • Must prepare a variety of food products including chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other items for cooking/serving to Guests according to CSC recipe and product standards.
  • Must understand and comply consistently with CSC standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Must prepare all food products in accordance with CSC portion sizes and recipe specifications.
  • Must maintain a clean and sanitary work station including tables, shelves, walls, steamer, kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
  • Must close the kitchen properly, following the closing checklist for kitchen and assist others in closing the kitchen.
  • Must attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
  • Must promptly report equipment and food quality problems to Management.
  • Must inform Management immediately of product shortages.
  • Must use Standard Recipe Cards for preparing all products, not relying on personal memory or that of other employees.
  • Must perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
