We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee our VIP clubs and suites for the upcoming football season. This role is responsible for ensuring premium service standards, smooth operations, and a first-class experience for our valued guests.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service within VIP clubs and suites, ensuring seamless execution of game-day operations.
Lead, motivate, and support servers, bartenders, suite attendants, and runners. Conduct pre-event meetings to review menus, guest expectations, and service standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, handling requests and resolving issues with professionalism and discretion.
Ensure all food and beverage offerings are presented and delivered according to premium service standards.
Coordinate pre-event setup, product stocking, and equipment checks to ensure readiness for each game.
Maintain adherence to alcohol service laws, health and safety regulations, and venue policies.
Oversee breakdown, restocking, and inventory reporting. Provide event recaps to management.
