About The Position

This is a seasonal, part-time, contractual position at the Kitchener Auditorium. The season runs from approximately the last week of August 2026 until June 2027. The hourly wage rate is $17.60, with final compensation determined by relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Previous work experience in restaurants
Fine dining level service knowledge and training is an asset.

Responsibilities

Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor.
Fold napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply.
Perform all assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands.
Perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests.
Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service.
