About The Position

This is a part-time seasonal position at the RBC Amphitheater in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October and the hours will vary each week. Shifts are usually on evenings throughout the week, with a few full day events scheduled. Must be able to work all event days/evenings when needed. This position requires the ability to work past midnight for most events. Listed are some of the key responsibilities and duties required of a Premium In-Seat Supervisor: Directly managing Premium Service staff while having direct interactions with Guests. Work directly with all Managers to ensure that food and beverage services provided by Legends meet or exceed our Guests’ and Clients’ expectations and that employees are adhering to all health and safety policies. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, foreseeing any potential problems before they occur. Will assist with handling guest and/or employee relations (complaints, disagreements, alcohol violations, etc.). Ensuring all staff are adhering to all in-house and AGCO alcohol policies, procedures, and regulations. Conduct physical audit of inventory when needed and research and perform reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous supervising experience required within the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge and experience working with a POS system.
  • Customer service and communication.
  • Fast paced problem solving.
  • Must be personable, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Able to adapt to change quickly.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Must have a valid Smart Serve.
  • Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends when needed.
