About The Position

As a Premium Runner, you will play a key role in delivering elevated service to our premium guests in Suites, Clubs, Loges & Restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at PeoplesBank Arena. This role pays an hourly rate of $16.94 and is tip eligible.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit based upon your age.
Excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in the food service industry highly desired.
Previous experience as a food runner is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prior to the start of each event, the premium runner will prepare the pantry and ensure the product is fully stocked and the area is cleaned.
Responsible for keeping the work areas and equipment clean.
Assists the Premium Suite Attendants and Servers.
Responsible for setting tables and reservations.
Assists bartenders in restocking or retrieving items needed for the event.
Assists serving staff in delivering orders to guests' tables and suites.
Responsible for answering the phone and taking orders.
Responsible for keeping the suite work areas and equipment clean.
Responsible for assisting in the setup of the suites and restaurant.
Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
Additional duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or OVG management staff for the successful outcome of an event or customer service situation.
