About The Position

The Premium Lane Attendant Supervisor oversees daily Premium Lane operations at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and provides leadership, direction, and support to Premium Lane Attendants. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient passenger flow, compliance with operational requirements, and the overall performance of frontline staff. The Supervisor serves as the primary on-site leader and escalation point for employees, guests, and operational concerns.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a customer-facing environment required.
  • Strong customer service, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work professionally and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when operationally necessary.
  • Basic proficiency using radios, mobile devices, tablets, and related technology.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, obtain, and maintain Port of Seattle and TSA security credentials.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in airport operations, hospitality, transportation, security, or customer service environments.
  • Experience supervising frontline employees in high-volume settings.
  • Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Premium Lane Attendants and ensure adequate staffing and lane coverage.
  • Monitor passenger flow, queue conditions, and wait times to maintain efficient operations.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Address guest concerns and serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues.
  • Coordinate with TSA personnel and airport stakeholders to support checkpoint operations.
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and workplace conduct and escalate concerns as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, airport regulations, TSA procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Respond to emergencies, operational disruptions, and security-related incidents.
  • Complete required reports, documentation, and operational communications.
