Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, overseeing the food and beverage program for concessions, suites, and premium areas. This role is crucial in elevating the fan experience through unparalleled guest service and pride, aiming to make Raymond James Stadium one of the best stadiums in the NFL.
Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Experience with POS systems
- Knowledge of a wide variety of drink recipes
- Ability to work as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests
- Mix drinks and cocktails according to specifications and recipes
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by Federal, State and Local laws and in compliance with company standards
- Properly ring in all orders into the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and surrounding work area
- Complete all set-up and breakdown of assigned bar
- Ensure proper rotation and stocking of beer coolers
- Complete all reporting paperwork at the end of each event
- Adhere to all Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines
- Other duties as assigned.
