Requirements

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Previous bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of drink recipes and responsible alcohol service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a stadium or large venue setting
Experience with POS systems

Responsibilities

Greet guests, take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests
Mix drinks and cocktails according to specifications and recipes
Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by Federal, State and Local laws and in compliance with company standards
Properly ring in all orders into the POS system
Maintain a clean and organized bar and surrounding work area
Complete all set-up and breakdown of assigned bar
Ensure proper rotation and stocking of beer coolers
Complete all reporting paperwork at the end of each event
Adhere to all Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines
Other duties as assigned.
