The Premium Attendant is responsible for performing duties and responsibilities in an efficient and effective manner as part of a team. This role provides support in various premium areas including Buffet and Beverage Stations, Premium Concessions, and In Suite Service. The attendant must be punctual, maintain knowledge of food and beverage items, and ensure stations are prepped and presentable for service. Responsibilities include replenishing food and beverages, maintaining inventory, processing orders, delivering orders accurately, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves completing closing duties and other assigned tasks. The expectation is to maintain a positive attitude, assist teammates, and be ready to perform duties as required.
