Requirements
- Organized, dependable, empathetic, and confident handling multiple tasks at once.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and case management software
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
- A proactive mindset with strong follow-up skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior personal injury or legal experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients and providing case updates
- Requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records and bills
- Managing case files and maintaining accurate documentation
- Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and settlement demands
- Assisting attorneys with case preparation and investigation
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating case-related activities
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Supporting and collaborating with legal assistants and team members
