Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA).
  • State bar certification in Texas.
  • 2-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage various responsibilities efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and planning abilities, with the capacity to structure tasks, manage time, and maintain order.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Discover and develop the client's story, working on great cases for exceptional clients and protecting them from insurance companies.
  • Deliver remarkable job performance by bringing your best effort, becoming an attorney clients speak positively about and refer others to.
  • Manage caseloads efficiently and proactively, providing exemplary customer service and using strategic insights to drive business forward.
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the support team within your pod, developing and implementing strategies to foster productive and friendly relationships aligned with company goals.
