About The Position
This position is a 1.0 FTE located at Syphax-Child Find.
Requirements
- Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure.
- Special Education endorsement.
- Experience teaching elementary students with special needs.
Nice To Haves
- Dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and/or Special Education, or in any other content area, is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively as a team member with colleagues.
- Conduct multidisciplinary evaluations and prepare comprehensive formal reports for parents and collaborative team review.
- Flexible, dependable, and highly organized.
