About The Position

The Pre-Hospital EMS Coordinator serves as the main point of contact between prehospital care and training agencies, as well as fire, police, and hazardous materials response teams. This role involves creating, delivering, and executing quality assurance measures, educational initiatives, and general communication plans. Additionally, the Coordinator will be involved in emergency management planning and will represent the system in local, state, and regional emergency medical service programs.

Requirements

• Current certification as an Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic (EMT/P) with a minimum of five years of full-time experience as such, OR certified as a prehospital RN with extensive field experience.
• Ability to perform group speaking and instructional skills.
