About The Position

This position is for a Predoctoral Researcher in Economics to join the research team of Professor Amy Finkelstein. The role involves working with data sets, including cleaning, running checks for errors, and preparing data for analysis. Additionally, the researcher will assist with onboarding new staff, maintaining project documentation, conducting literature reviews, preparing institutional review board applications (new and renewal), and assisting in the preparation of academic papers.

Requirements

• Two years of research experience (may include research experience gained as an undergraduate)
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong quantitative background and computer skills including programming experience
• Excellent academic record
• Ability to work independently
