Beck is looking for a qualified Preconstruction Manager to join an extraordinary project team. As the Preconstruction Manager you will be responsible for the direction and completion of the preconstruction process by leading the project team on projects up to $50M in size. This includes directing and supervising the work of Preconstruction Engineers as required for meeting internal and external client needs. Additionally, this person can support the project team leader with preconstruction duties and responsibilities for major components of large projects.

Requirements

8+ years minimum of Preconstruction or related field experience with commercial general contractor and/or major subcontractor
Experience using 3D models for Preconstruction
College graduate with relevant degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or equivalent required
Design/Build experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead teams through successful compliance of the Target Value Delivery Process
Perform a project Forecast (Numeric Cost Model)
Perform all functions of the Integrated Estimating workflow for small and medium-size projects.
Develop standard deliverables for all projects
Develop conceptual level schedules to support project planning
Provide effective supervision, coordination, and oversight of medium size project teams
