The Preconstruction Manager - Electrical is responsible for managing the processes and resources that deliver high-quality pre-construction services to clients, and for monitoring ongoing projects to ensure they adhere to the established pre-construction scope. This position reports to the Preconstruction Director and VP of Preconstruction.

Requirements

9+ years full time relevant industry experience
7+ years demonstrated experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software solutions
Demonstrated knowledge of Value Management processes
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Word, and Powerpoint
Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent/applicable degree; or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Manage the process and resources that provide quality pre-construction services to both internal and external clients.
Review the progress of existing projects to ensure their completion within the parameters of the established preconstruction scope of services.
