The Preconstruction Coordinator performs administrative office work for the Pre-Construction team. Assists in the daily operations including: Maintaining project files and schedules, recording project data, planning and organizing Preconstruction events, maintain sub-contractor list, organizing meetings, assembling and updating preconstruction manual, assembling and analyzing all bidding documents including, but not limited to drawings, specifications, proposals, Owner/ Architect/ Engineer documentation and reports. Assists in the preparation of bids for construction projects. Prepares documents for distribution to parties interested in bidding projects and compiles all final documentation for Owner/ Architect review.
