About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Precision Electrical Assembler to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling high-precision mechanical and electrical components used in CNC milling and turning machines. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electromechanical assembly, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with tight tolerances and complex schematics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of experience in precision mechanical or electrical assembly (CNC or industrial equipment preferred).
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Familiarity with multimeters, torque tools, calipers, and micrometers.
Proficiency with standard hand tools and electrical crimping, soldering, and stripping techniques.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Technical certificate or associate degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
Basic understanding of CNC machine operation and components is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical subcomponents and systems for CNC machines with a high degree of accuracy.
Align and fit bearings, ball screws, spindles, and other precision mechanical components.
Use hand and power tools to perform tasks such as torquing, pressing, and fastener installation to precise specifications.
Perform functional tests on mechanical assemblies to ensure proper operation and alignment.
Install and route wiring harnesses, control panels, terminal blocks, and electrical enclosures.
Connect and terminate wiring for motors, sensors, encoders, and control systems following wiring schematics and diagrams.
Perform continuity testing and insulation resistance checks to verify proper electrical connections.
Assemble and mount CNC control units (such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi) into machine cabinets and enclosures.
Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality checklists.
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Work closely with engineering, quality control, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures related to mechanical and electrical assembly.
