About The Position

Beyond TalentEdge is partnering with a growing HVAC manufacturing company to hire an Electrical Assembler. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in control wiring and blueprint interpretation who enjoys working in a hands-on production environment. The Electrical Assembler will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical components for HVAC systems, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to safety standards. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team while contributing to the production of high-quality equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in control wiring
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Knowledge of electrical and wiring principles
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (e.g., drills, measuring devices)
• Experience using a micrometer and voltmeter
• Basic computer skills, including file navigation and time management software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Read and follow electrical schematics in written, oral, and diagram form
• Interpret blueprints to assemble electronic components into sub-panels, enclosures, and equipment
• Lay out, drill, tap, and assemble electrical sub-panels and enclosures
• Route wires safely and efficiently through HVAC systems
• Wire and label electrical sub-panels and enclosures according to specifications
• Mount and interconnect components to equipment per blueprints
• Operate hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and measuring devices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures, including PPE requirements
• Comply with company drug testing policies
• Maintain professionalism in appearance and conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned
