This role is part of our ET/UT product line. This position plays a key role in the manufacturing of high-quality products by supporting precision assembly operations in a collaborative and quality-driven production environment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or other detail-oriented work using hand tools
  • Strong manual dexterity and the ability to assemble small, intricate components with precision
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical work instructions
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Good understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing or high-tech production environment is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret engineering drawings, technical terms as per technical guidelines
  • Discern quality of parts and materials used in production
  • Inventor parts and tools used in the assembling process
  • Be aligned with the company procedures and directives
  • Test finished products for defects
  • Maintain the tools used to create products
  • Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace
