About The Position

The Project Manager will manage precast concrete projects from post-sale through closeout at our Moss Point, MS facility, ensuring customer requirements are met while delivering on schedule, budget, and overall business performance objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction, or Business or comparable work experience preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with exposure to precast concrete, engineering, and/or operations.
• All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage precast concrete projects from post-sale through closeout.
• Ensure customer requirements are met while delivering on schedule, budget, and overall business performance objectives.
• Maintain frequent communication with all relevant parties to ensure project plans are being met.
• Ensure all documentation is in place for timely invoicing and to assist in the collection of outstanding payments.
• Review, negotiate, and execute contracts, ensuring terms, conditions, and scope are consistent with Tindall’s proposal and disseminated within the division.
• Ensure compliance with all contract terms during project execution and monitor for changes requiring change orders.
• Understand customer requirements and create project schedules with input from functional areas.
• Facilitate meetings to convey necessary information and establish plans for successful project outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and directly with customers on matters affecting the company’s interests.
• Ensure project files are current and complete.
• Help ensure appropriate field safety and quality assurance measures are followed.
• Assist in securing project information or materials to maintain production and field schedules.
• Ensure all close-out documentation is submitted and project files are archived after final payment.
• Convene project post-mortem meetings to review projects, identify non-conformances, root causes, and corrective actions.
