Once training is completed this position will be hybrid. With a competitive annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $40,560, your expertise will be recognized and rewarded. Requirements

Proficient with medical terminology.
Excellent computer skills.
Knowledge of ICD-10 coding.
Strong administrative skills.
Critical thinking abilities to utilize independent judgment.
One year preauthorization experience.

Responsibilities

Processing incoming preauthorization requests from healthcare providers for injured employees.
Collecting essential clinical data and forwarding it for nurse review to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Compiling, processing, and maintaining comprehensive medical records.
Reviewing and labeling documents electronically with precision.
Entering detailed data into our systems, including the extent of injury, diagnostic procedures, and treatment specifics.
