Serve as a Lead for the Intake and Client Development departments with responsibilities for managing the pace and accuracy of document collection in Pre-Screen, Intake, and Client Development. Lead Rapid Fire Daily Huddle Meetings. Review reports for each area to maintain department efficiency and effectiveness in following policies & procedures to deliver a positive client experience, as well as maximize Starts of Care by reaching department performance standards and VCC growth targets. Provide training and coaching to Intake and Client Development team members as needed. Maintain an individual caseload by performing Pre-Screen, Intake, and Client Development Specialist duties as needed to support department needs, performance metrics, and growth targets. Other duties as assigned.
