About The Position

As a Classroom Teaching Aide, you'll be at the heart of our early learning program, working with children ages 3 to 5 in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Willingness to enroll in our CDA program upon hire (completed within 1 year)
• Ability to follow directions and communicate in English

Nice To Haves

• Some travel may be required for CDA completion.

Responsibilities

• Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom
• Support daily learning activities and child development
• Collaborate with experienced educators
• Rotate through different classrooms, gaining exposure to a variety of teaching styles and approaches
