We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Pre-Roll Machine Operator to join our processing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, servicing and maintaining an automated pre-roll machine, helping us maintain a high level of quality control and ensure compliance with all state regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience using machinery in a manufacturing setting or mechanically inclined.
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
- Ability to meet quotas set by Production Manager.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions while working at one station for an extended period of time.
- Personal accountability pertaining to work quality and attendance.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must pass all required background checks.
- Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
- Remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must be able to lift and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) and stand for extended periods.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a compliance-regulated field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate automated pre-roll machine and ensure it is operating at peak efficiency.
- Communicate issues that may arise to the Pre-Roll Machine Operator 2 and/or Facility Manager.
- Grind, sift and mix infused products.
- Quality control all pre-rolls that come off the machine.
- Package and label pre-rolls quicky and efficiently while adhering to all compliance regulations.
- Warehouse tasks such as lifting boxes, general assembly and breaking down cardboard.
- Help maintain and organize a clean workspace.
