About The Position
The Pre-Production Stone Department Coordinator ensures a smooth handoff from sales to fabrication by managing project details, schedules, and material coordination. This office-based role involves close collaboration with the sales team and shop personnel to keep production accurate and on track.
Requirements

- Experience in stone fabrication or a related industry
- CAD or Moraware experience
Responsibilities
- Review job orders, templates, and customer specs to prepare work orders and cut sheets
- Coordinate material needs with purchasing and track slab usage
- Maintain production schedules and timelines
- Serve as liaison between sales, production, and installation teams
- Monitor project documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and help implement process improvements
