Merchology seeks a Pre-Press Specialist for our Customer Service team. Reporting to the Art Manager, the Pre-Press Specialist is a critical role that provides customers with a review of their logo on specified products to ensure brand alignment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality control are essential for success in this position.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Efficient and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is nice to have
Friendly and team-oriented attitude to Win as a Team
HubSpot or CRM knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough process and quality reviews of customer logos utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
Perform comprehensive reviews of customer logos, meticulously assessing color correction needs, and efficiently coordinate the routing process to the Digitizing team.
Have a collaborative demeanor to build relationships and trust with customers who seek assistance with logo edits.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment interacting with colleagues and customers via chat, email, and phone.
Timely communication and collaboration with Digitizing and Customer Service teams.
Additional projects or duties as assigned.
