About The Position

Prepares and verifies that all plates/screens, ink and tooling are ready for press in accordance with production schedule.

Requirements

• Good mathematical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good attendance record and able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Produces printing plates in accordance with production schedule.
• Removes, cleans and stores used plates.
• Uses Remstar unit to store and retrieve tooling.
• May mix ink, stage jobs for press and assist in production areas as required.
• Ensures good housekeeping in assigned area.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations.
• Works closely with Graphics and Production Departments.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
