About The Position
Paretti Mazda Covington is looking for an experienced automotive sales leader with a passion for used vehicle operations to lead their used car department. This is an opportunity to work with a respected, family-owned dealership known for exceptional customer service and a positive team culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a management role
- Proven success in a used vehicle department
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proficiency with CDK, DealerTrack, and inventory management systems
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the pre-owned sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
- Appraise and price trade-ins and purchases to ensure profitability and inventory turn
- Manage vehicle inventory, merchandising, and online presence
- Partner with marketing to promote pre-owned vehicles through digital and traditional channels
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and state regulations
