We represent ordinary and extraordinary people, who have been injured or killed or whose loved ones have been injured or killed by the wrongdoing of others. We handle large-loss, high stakes cases and the pre-litigation case manager plays a vital role in our success by handling tasks such as communicating with adjusters, tracking medical treatment, updating clients, and making sure our cases are organized at all times. Responsibilities
- Communicating with adjusters
- Tracking medical treatment
- Updating clients
- Making sure cases are organized
- Working closely with the attorney assisting in the management of clients’ personal injury claims from beginning to end
- Sending correspondence
- Preparing demand packages
- Sending other communication to adjusters at the direction of the attorney
- Gathering all medical records and other documents needed to assist the attorneys in negotiating the case
- Returning client emails, text messages and phone calls throughout the day
- Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Drafting letters
- Tracking all medical treatment
- Scheduling appointments and phone calls
- Updating the case management system
- Communicating with clients, attorneys and the rest of the team
