About The Position
Kanner & Pintaluga is hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Pre-Litigation Attorney. The attorney will help ensure clients receive attentive care and excellent results by meeting with them to discuss their cases, showing compassion and empathy, and earning their trust, confidence, and respect. The attorney will keep clients updated and communicate with insurance companies as needed regarding claim status, demands, and offers. The role is full-time and requires membership in the Georgia Bar in good standing, or willingness to become barred in Georgia. Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing, or willing to become barred in Georgia.
- Experience evaluating claims.
- Superb negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Team-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss their cases.
