About The Position

Brillante Academy is seeking a dedicated Pre-Kindergarten Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The teacher will help children reach their potential by creating a joyful, safe, and supportive learning environment and teaching a rigorous two-way English-Spanish dual-language immersion curriculum with a classical approach. Teachers contribute to the school’s mission, values, culture, and systems for instruction and character development while building respectful relationships with students, families, and colleagues. They continuously improve their practice through feedback, collaboration, data-informed instruction, reflection, and professional development. Brillante Academy serves students in the Mission, Texas area and is growing its grade levels and school network.

Requirements

• Belief in the Brillante Academy mission, model, and values.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current Texas teaching certification with Bilingual and/or ESL endorsements, or enrollment in an alternative certification program by the first day of employment.

• Relevant early childhood or elementary teaching experience with demonstrated student results.
