About The Position

Primrose School of North Shore – Danvers is seeking educators for their Preschool and Pre-K positions. They aim to provide a supportive, professional environment with the necessary training, resources, and consistency for success. Requirements

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Experience in childcare or early education
EEC Certification or equivalent
Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

Create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment for preschool-aged children
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (provided)
Maintain classroom safety and positive behavior management
Communicate with children, families, and team members
Support children’s social, emotional, and individual learning needs
Participate in ongoing professional development
