About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Pre-K Teacher to join our early childhood education program located within Delmar Gardens of O’Fallon, a beautiful, state-of-the-art skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Requirements

CDA (Child Development Associate) credential, Early Childhood certification, or related experience preferred
Experience working with preschool or Pre-K children preferred
Passion for early childhood education and child development
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and relationship-focused learning environment

Responsibilities

Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
Planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Supporting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Encouraging creativity, communication, and kindergarten readiness skills
Participating in supervised intergenerational activities that foster meaningful connections between children and senior residents
Maintaining positive communication with families and team members
Monitoring student progress and classroom behavior
Ensuring compliance with Missouri licensing and educational standards
