Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Experience working with children under the age of 5 in a large group environment
- Shows empathy and compassion for young children
- Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working together toward a common goal
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
- For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib

- Post high school education is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Support in shaping children's lives through experience and creativity.
- Maintain classroom ratios and ensure resources are available for classroom success.
- Facilitate programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Properly lift infants into and out of a crib (for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers).
