Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Experience working with children under the age of 5 in a large group environment
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children
• Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working together toward a common goal
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work with children under the age of 5 in a large group environment.
• Contribute to shaping children's lives through experience and creativity.
• Maintain classroom ratios and utilize provided resources to ensure classroom success.
• Support directors in planning and resource time.
• Handle children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
• Properly lift infants into and out of a crib (for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers).
